RLC measuring E7-14 is designed for digital measurement immittance elektroradiokomponentov parameters: resistors, capacitors, inductors. The device RLC meter E7-14 measures the following parameters immitance:
- Parallel and series capacitance (CP, CS);
- Parallel and series inductance (Lp, LS);
- Parallel and series resistance (RP, RS);
- A parallel conductance (G);
- Loss factor (D);
- Quality factor (Q).
The device RLC measuring E7-14 can operate in a system organized in line communities. It is used for input and output control radiokomponeitov, research parameters of circuit elements, semiconductor structures, calibration of immittance measures. measurement of physical quantities using transmitters.
Four-pair inclusion of the objects in the measuring circuit provides high metrological characteristics of the instrument RLC measuring E7-14 digital. Mode of low-level signal can be used for measurement in non-linear objects. Capable of providing mixing of the voltage on the object to be measured from the internal (up to the number), and from the outside (up to 120) sources.
RLC measuring E7-14 digital allow averaging the results of successive measurements to increase the resolution. They may work as part of the AIS through the CPC.
