1 General information about device
1.1. Resistance standards 
R40113 are designed:
    for electrical resistance values transferring from model standard in measuring DC currents through parallel-consistent switching of stages(MPEC);
    for use as multi-valued electrical resistance standard R40113 (MMEC) - in measuring DC circuits.
1.2. Modification climatic type in accordance with GOST 15150 - 69: for areas with temperate and cold climates - YXL 4.1, but at standard 
R40113 working conditions:
    ambient temperature (20 ± 5) ° C (for 
R40113 - [20 ± 10] ° C);
    relative humidity of 25 to 80%;
    atmospheric pressure 84-106.7 kPa (630-800 mm Hg)
    2 Technical characteristics
    2.1. Main parameters of standard R40113 are shown in Table 1.
    2.2. Maximum and nominal power and voltage dissipation  per stage, applied to  standard, are shown in Table 1.
    2.3. Standard
R40113 are  restorable, repairable and multifunction devices.
    2.4. Acceptable basic deviation limit of resistance standard
R40113 (MMEC) from nominal at primary testing (at release from factory) is 0.02% under normal using conditions:
    ambient temperature (20 ± 1) ° C;
    relative humidity of 25 to 80%;
    atmospheric pressure 84-106,7 kPa (630-800 mmHg);
    voltage or power is not over rated at 2.1.
    2.5. Acceptable basic deviation limit of resistance standard R40113 (MMEC) from nominal at primary testing (at release from factory) is 0.01% under normal using conditions at p. 2.4.
     2.6. Acceptable additional error of electrical resistance values transfer is less than 0.0002% under normal using conditions at p. 2.4 and amendments:
P40113 standard (ambient) temperature changes for electrical resistance values transfer time is less than 0.2 ° C, standard’s voltage is at least not over rated, shown  in Table 1.
     2.7. Resistance standard’s R40113 (MPEC) acceptable resistance change (instability)  does not exceed values in p.2.4 and 2.5. after a year from the date of first attestation.
     2.8. Standard P40113 additional acceptable error –caused by changes in ambient temperature between top (lower) limit of normal range temperature conditions and point adjacent of operating temperature conditions corresponding to largest change in R max, is numerically equal to maximum acceptable error, at p. 2.4 and 2.5.
     2.9. Standard’s P40113 maximum acceptable additional error inpercentage of its nominal value with power value dissipation from nominal to any, do not exceed maximum capacity under normal using conditions and thermal equilibrium steady state, which is numerically equal to the value of the maximum acceptable basic error at p.2.4 and 2.5.
     2.10. Standard’s P40113 maximum acceptable additional error in
percentage of its nominal value with power value dissipation from nominal to any, do not exceed maximum voltage under normal using conditions and thermal equilibrium steady state, which is numerically equal to the value of the maximum acceptable basic error at p.2.4 and 2.5.
     2.11. Insulation between resistance standard P40113 case and insulated from case DC electrical circuit withstands a testing AC voltage with frequency effect (50 ± 1) Hz for 1 minute, amplitude value of which is equal to 7 kV. 7 kV test DC voltage is allowed to used.
     2.12. Resistance standard’s P40113 electric insulation resistance between case and isolated dc electric circuit, is not less than 5 • 1013 Ohm in working condition,
with the help of special device which reduces influence of currents leakage.
     2.13. Considering maintenance and regulated operational documents, standard’s P40113 rate mean time between failure is10000 hours. Mean time between failure is set for working conditions and for voltage which is not lower than the nominal. Failure criterion of standard P40113 is discrepancy with requirements of p. 2.5.
     2.14. Standard’s P40113 operating state restore time is 1 hour.
     2.15. Standard’s P40113 full average life service is 10 years.
     2.16. Fixed-failure operating time for working conditions and maximum voltage (power), applied to standard is 800 hours. Failure criterion of standard P40113 is discrepancy with requirements of p. 2.5.
     2.17. Standard’s P40113 specified life service is 3 years.
     2.18. Content of non-ferrous and precious metals in standard P40113 is shown in Table 1.
