Соединители электроразрывные типа ЭНГ-У6-54 «Стык-7К» предназначены для соединения и разъединения электрических цепей в условиях воздействия гидростатического давления и обеспечивающие водонепроницаемость как в сочленённом положении, так и в расчленённом положении для розетки.
Соединители состоят из двух частей – вилки и розетки, водонепроницаемых в сочленённом положении. Вилка и розетка сочленяются между собой вручную с помощью специального механизма – струбцины. Фиксация сочленённого положения – устройством потребителя (хомутами). Расчленение соединителя происходит ходом изделия. Зависимость усилия расчленения соединителя от гидростатического давления компенсировано специальным устройством вилки. Розетка водонепроницаема в расчленённом положении.
