AC bridge Р5026М isdesigned to measure capacitance and dielectric tangent loss of high-voltage industrial insulation for a "direct" (both outputs of the measuring object isolated from the "earth") and "inverted" (one output of the measured object is connected to "earth") schemes under operational conditions, directly on the installation location, as well as measurements of "direct" scheme in the laboratory capacity and dielectric tangent loss of various insulating materials and condensers at 50 and 60Hz.
AC Bridges R5026M (hereinafter - the bridges) are used to measure the capacitance and dielectric tangent loss of high-voltage industry insulation (condensers inputs, transformers, insulators, machinery- motors, generators, compensators, etc. objects) to "direct" (both outputs of the measuring object are isolated from the the "earth") and "inverted" (one output of the measured object is connected to "earth") schemes in the operating conditions, on-site installation of equipment, as well as for the measurement of "direct" scheme in the laboratory capacity and dielectric tangent loss of various insulating materials and condensers at 50 and 60Hz.
AC Bridge R5026M is designed for exploitation in moderate climate conditions in dry heated rooms at an ambient temperature of 10 ° to 35 ° C and relative humidity up to 80% (at 25 ° C) and unheated closed rooms at an ambient temperature of -10 to +40 ° C and relative humidity up to 90% (at 30 ° C).
AC Bridge R5026M - 04.1 is designed for operation in dry or humid tropical climate with air-conditioned or partially air-conditioned rooms at a temperature of 10 ° to 35 ° C and relative humidity up to 80% at 25 ° C and in unheated closed rooms at ambient air of -10 to +40 ° C and relative humidity up to 90% at 30 ° C.
AC Bridge Р5026М consists of the following components; AC bridge R5026M (hereinafter - the basic unit), condenser air model Р5023 (hereinafter - the condenser), the potential protective devices F5122 (hereinafter - the device).
Capacitance measured ranges (Cx), dielectric tangent loss (tgδx), the limits of acceptable basic error in the capacitance measurement and dielectric tangent loss depending on the operating voltages ranges, set, measurement scheme, as well as operating temperature range specified in Table. 1 and 2.
The nominal capacitance value is 50 pF. Acceptable deviation limits from the nominal capacitors values are ± 3pF. The determining error of the actual capacitance value is less than ± 0,08%.
The dielectric tangent loss value of capacitor is less than 5•10-5. Input resistance of the device is not less than 30 Mohm. Coefficient of voltage transfer is not less than 0.996. Acceptable additional error limit of AC R5026M bridge, caused by changes in ambient temperature from normal (20 ± 2) ° C to any within the working temperature range is less than half permissible basic error limit for each 10 ° C.
Isolation of the main unit R5026M between the inner screen and the casing can withstand for 5 min an effect of 15kV test voltage with frequency (50 ± 1) Hz.
Capacitors isolation between the high potential output and low-potential clamp, and between the terminal connected to the case and metal base can withstand for 5 min an effect of 15kV test voltage with frequency (50 ± 1) Hz.
The insulation between circuit connection to AC current and the main unit case and the device R5026M can withstand for 1 min an effect of 1.5kV test voltage with frequency (50 ± 1) Hz. The insulation resistance between the inner screen and casing of the main unit is not less than 500 MOhm.
The capacitors insulation resistance between connected high-output and low-potential terminal and between the case and the metal base is at least 500MOhm.
